On February 11th and 12th, Okakarara Vocational Training Centre hosted the SMME Coordination Workshop for all Vocational Centres. The workshop was lead by ZVTC SME Coordinator, Mr. Ishmael Mwangala. Topics discussed during the course of the workshop included, current Centre SME activities, current and future plans for third stream income generation, possible mentorship programs for graduate SME incubation, and challenges faced by all Centre’s SME units.
Attendees of this workshop will congregate at the next Centre Manager’s Forum to discuss the issues facing SME and Production Units of each Centre.
